Home performance with ENERGY STAR®: This comprehensive, fee-based home improvement program uses the latest technologies to increase your home’s energy performance. Specially trained contractors look at all the components of a home — heating and cooling equipment, insulation levels, air infiltration, windows and doors — and show you how to maximize energy efficiency.
