Small Business Medium & Large Business Builders & Developers Electric Service Requirements UNITY Service Order Online Fees Service Area FAQs Gold Temporary Electrical Service Building Your Own Home	1 to 30 feet: $400 31 to 50 feet: $560 51 to 75 feet: $660 Over 75 feet: $660 plus $3.80/ft. for every additional foot. Unit price includes on-site private locations for sewer, water and storm drains, and the installation of electric, gas, phone and cable TV cables. Extra charges will apply if the telephone, cable TV service or gas cannot be installed in the joint UNITY trench. No charge for UNITY service when customer trenches and installs conduit. In these situations, installation of phone and cable TV will be customer’s responsibility.
